Refund for change of plans
If your plans changed or your trip was cancelled, you are entitled to a 100% refund as long as your eSIM has not been activated.

If you purchased our eSIM and could not install it because your device is not compatible, you are entitled to a 100% refund as long as your eSIM has not been activated.
Refund for service failures
